We recommend buying either a sample or placing a small order to confirm the colours will be suitable for your project, before committing to a larger purchase.
All damages and irregularities must be notified within 7 working days of the delivery. You must notify us of the exact amount missing or damaged and replacements will be sent on the next available delivery.
It is the customer and tiler’s responsibility to fully inspect the goods appropriate to the type, quantity, size, quality, aesthetics and appearance, shade, colour, layout pattern, suitability for purpose and any other characteristics of the goods prior to installation, as no claims will be considered after installation.
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
Our returns policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
